IntentSense is the infrastructure that makes our agents smarter than anything built on top of a single API call. It is a centralized reasoning layer — BullMQ-queued inference, Sentinel cross-app monitoring, behavioral signal sharing, and Factory-first routing — that runs beneath every Kovotic product simultaneously.

When RetainAIO detects a refund-risk signal and RecoverAIO detects an abandoned cart from the same customer — IntentSense knows. That cross-product context is available to both agents at decision time.
